Breeze House® Models

The Oasis
The Oasis is the latest introduction to the Breeze House® collection, it is an ideal bijou size, perfect for morning coffee, afternoon tea or a glass of wine of an evening. The Oasis is built to the same exacting standards as all Breeze Houses® and comes with a metal framework roof and thatch tiles or a timber roof and Cedar shingles. It can accommodate 4 and has been designed to incorporate circular bench seats and a 76cm circular table.

The Savannah
The Savannah maintains all the qualities of the larger buildings but it is proportioned for a smaller space and comes with a metal framework roof and Cape Reed thatch tiles or a timber roof and Cedar shingles. At 250cm wide and 275cm high, it is designed specifically to incorporate a 120cm table surrounded by circular bench seating, to comfortably accommodate 8 people, ideal for those lazy weekend lunches with friends and family or perhaps a relaxed drink on a balmy summer evening.

The Safari
A spacious building designed with alfresco dining in mind, accommodating a 152cm table and circular bench seating, utilising the interior space to maximum effect to comfortably accommodate 10 people. 307cm wide and 292cm high, available with Cape Reed thatch or Cedar shingles. The natural materials ensure it blends with its surroundings to create an impressive feature in any garden.

The Colonial
The Colonial is the original Breeze House® model and still as popular as ever. At 392cm wide and 358cm high, with Cape Reed thatch or Cedar shingles, it provides a spacious, quality, outdoor living area that can accommodate a 165cm diameter table and seating, or 6/8 armchairs, making it ideal for an alfresco lifestyle whether used as a seating and relaxation area or as a dining room.

The Empire
The Empire is the ultimate Breeze House® model and strikes a dramatic pose in even the largest garden. At 472cm wide and 398cm high with Cape Reed thatch or Cedar shingles, this pavilion size building can comfortably accommodate 10 armchairs and a table up to 2 metres in diameter making it ideal for those long summer evening dinner parties. Like all Breeze House® models, the Empire will make a lasting addition to any garden.

The Breeze House® is inspired by the African continent and is designed to not only look stunning but to be practical too. Individually hand-made by skilled craftsmen, each Breeze House® comes with a guarantee of the very highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. As extra assurance against imitations, each building comes complete with a brand mark fixed into the timber and a certificate of authenticity, so you can rest assured that you have chosen an original and authentic Breeze House®. Environmental issues are also very important which is why every Breeze House® is made from a minimum of 70% FSC timber.

The Breeze House® is available in five standard designs and sizes with a range of optional extras, but each model can be made taller, wider, without a floor, raised off the ground on posts - a complete bespoke service.

All Breeze Houses® are installed by their own experienced fitters and come with a 10 year guarantee.

Circular Tables - Hand-made to a recommended size range for each Breeze House, however any size can be made to order. Lazy Susans - Individually hand-made for the centre of your table. They rotate for easy use. Chairs - There are three styles of chairs to choose from, the standard armchair, the high backed armchair and the high backed chair. These are comfortable and robust garden chairs. Cushions - Cushions for all chairs and benches are upholstery quality 3" panel and piped, fire retardant, hand-washable and are available in Sage, Toffee or Terracotta. Options available are:

High Back Armchair Cushions
High Back Chair Cushions. Circular Bench Stool - Gives extra free-standing seating at the entrance of the building. Available with Circular Stool Cushion. Umbrellas - Thatched umbrellas are available in a range of sizes and available with an option of timber or metal posts. Circular Bench Seating - Circular free-standing seating fits neatly to the curve of the handrail spindles. Available with Circular Bench Seating Cushion and Back Cushion. 6KW Suspended Infra-Red Heater - Suspended from the centre of the roof this 230 volts stainless steel heater supplies a powerful 6KW of heat. This efficient infra-red heater is ideal for the Colonial or Empire models. 3KW Suspended Infra-Red Heater - Suspended from the centre of the roof this 220-240 volts stainless steel heater supplies a powerful 3KW of heat. This efficient infra-red heater is ideal for the Savannah or Safari models. Large Propane Gas Table Top Heater - This 7KW heater can be used as a free standing heater or can easily be converted to sit on the table top. The heater has a non-electric manual control and flame failure protection. Height 0.97cm. Medium Propane Gas Table Top Heater - The heater sits on the table and supplies instant heat. It is a powerful 6KW and has an adjustable burner, automatic ignition and 2 safety devices which ensure that the gas is cut off if the flame fails or if the heater is accidentally knocked over. It stands 92cm high and is ideal for the Safari building. Small Propane Gas Table Top Heater - The heater sits on the table and supplies instant heat. It is a powerful 2.8KW and has an adjustable burner, automatic ignition and 2 safety devices. It is ideal for the Savannah building. Below Handrail Spindle In-Fills - Wooden rectangular panels which fit between each handrail spindle to make a solid wooden barrier from handrail to floor. Above Handrail Spindle In-Fills - Wooden rectangular panels which fit between each roofrail spindle to make a solid wooden barrier from handrail to roofrail. Above Handrail Spindles - Upright spindles running between the handrail and the roofrail. Entrance Gates - Matching entrance gates are available to fit all of our models. Grooved Decking Flooring - Grooved decking available to fit all of our buildings Cedar Shingle Roof - Available to fit all of our buildings. Each shingle is individually hand-shaped to create the perfect conical roof shape and has a life expectancy of over 30 years. Canvas Panel Sides - Made from 50% cotton and 50% polyester these heavy duty water and fire retardant canvas style panels roll up to the roofrail when not in use. Alternatively they can be easily removed. They are available in Green, Sand or Clear. Canvas Panel Ties - The ties are in green webbing with black adjustable clips and are ideal for keeping the Breeze House panels neatly rolled. Canvas Roof Lining - Ideal for the metal framework roof of the Savannah and Safari buildings these canvas linings provide an added layer of water protection and are available in Green or Sand.

Important Information

Base
All base work is the responsibility of the customer, as is the safe securing of buildings once installed. The base needs to be firm, level and square to ensure timber stability. If required, we can arrange base installation through one of our approved installers. Please note that we reserve the right not to install if the base is considered unsuitable upon delivery. Revisits are chargeable.
